- 3 Tbsps honey
- 4 Tbsps Oil
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (halves)
- peppers (to taste)
- Lemongrass (stalks)
- Dip (your favorite)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients together.

Rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Slice the chicken into approximately 1-inch strips, season with pepper and add to the marinade mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Clean and trim the lemongrass stalks to a length of about 8-inches, and cut the tips diagonally to create a pointed angle.
4.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Thread the marinated chicken onto the lemongrass skewers. Grill the chicken, 2-3 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
5.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
