1 onion
1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1 generous pinch ground paprika
1 tsp Mustard
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil (for frying)
250 milliliters Beef broth
2 lemons
6 cloves fresh garlic cloves
2 Tbsps butter
salt
freshly ground pepper
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the lemon thoroughly with a sharp knife.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in a little oil. Add the parsley, eggs, mustard and paprika into the ground beef. Knead in bread crumbs as needed to ensure its workable. Form the meatballs. Cook in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain and place on paper towels. Drain the excess oil from the pan, sauté the garlic briefly and deglaze with broth. Add the lemon slices and allow to boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the meatball on plates and add lemon slices. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the cold butter. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the meatballs. Serve with parsley.
