- 4 stalks Leeks
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 150 grams potatoes
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 125 milliliters Whipped cream
- 40 grams Prosciutto
- 2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse leeks, trim and cut light green and white portions into rings.
2.
Peel potatoes, rinse and chop. Cook potatoes in a pot with chicken broth for about 20 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile melt butter in a saucepan, saute leeks until soft and then season with sugar, salt and pepper.
4.
At the end of the potato cooking time, add ¾ of leeks to the pot, mash mixture, stir in cream, stir in remaining leeks and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
5.
Serve in bowls sprinkled with parsley and strips of ham.
