- 2 onions (finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely diced)
- 2 red chili peppers (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- ½ cup chopped Peanuts
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ⅞ cup fish stock
- 2 Tomatoes (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Caper (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 fish fillets approx. 160 g each (e. g. cod)
- Cumin (ground)
- cilantro (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Fry the onions, garlic, chillies, pepper and peanuts in oil in a hot frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the stock and bring to the boil.

Add the tomatoes and capers, season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper and simmer gently for around 10 minutes.

Add the fish to the sauce. Turn down the heat, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until just cooked; do not boil.
4.
Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice and cumin and serve garnished with coriander.
