2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

200 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into small pieces as needed. Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges.

2.

Mix vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix vinaigrette with salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix cream cheese in a bowl with herbs and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Arrange salad on plates and top with cream cheese mixture. Serve garnished with basil.
