1 allspice
150 grams white Nougat
80 grams chocolate Nougat
1 Tbsp Whipped cream
1 Tbsp ground Pistachio

Preparation steps

Roughly chop the raisins and grind the allspice berries with a mortar until fine. Cut the white nougat into 4 equal slices. Cut 4 pieces about 1 x 8 cm (approximately 1/2 x 3 inches) from the chocolate nougat and melt the remainder in a double boiler.

Stack the chocolate nougat onto the white nougat and drizzle with the melted chocolate nougat. Sprinkle with the crushed allspice, chopped raisins and ground pistachios. Serve immediately.
