Lasagna

- 400 grams Lasagne noodle (pre-cooked)
- 600 grams ground chicken (such as turkey or chicken)
- 3 shallots
- 2 Celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 Canned tomatoes (about 400 grams)
- 150 milliliters chicken stock
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

- 200 grams grated Parmesan
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Peel and finely chop the shallots. Rinse and finely chop the celery. Peel and finely chop the carrots.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and saute the shallots, celery and carrots. Add the meat and saute. Pour in the wine and let boil over high heat. Pour in the broth and boil the liquid down to about half. Add the tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Melt the butter and pour in the cream. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the parmesan and immediately remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Layer the pasta and meat sauce, finishing with a pasta layer. Spread the cheese sauce on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve hot
