- 600 grams lamb (fillet or sirloin)
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 200 grams Basmati rice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lamb, pat dry and chop into bite size pieces. Peel pineapple with a sharp knife, cut into quarters, remove hard stalk and dice flesh. Place alternating pieces of lamb and pineapple on wooden skewers and lay skewers side by side in flat dish.

Mix teriyaki sauce with honey and lime juice and drizzle over skewers. Cover skewers and marinate for about 2 hours.

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Remove skewers from marinade, drain and cook on barbecue grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season skewers with salt and pepper and serve with rice.
