12 Lamb cutlets
2 onions
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters fresh ginger
400 grams Plum
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt

¼ tsp cinnamon (ground)
¼ tsp Cardamom (ground)
2 Tbsps honey
1 small rosemary

Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the onions, garlic and ginger. Cut the plums in half and pit. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side. Keep warm. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and sauté until the onions are translucent. Add the plums, cinnamon, cardamom, rosemary and honey and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
