½ tsp sweet ground paprika
2 Tomatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 garlic clove
8 slices Baguette

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the meat into 2 cm (1 inch) thick slices, pressing slightly flatter and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Rinse tomatoes and cut 8 nice slices.

Peel garlic, heat oil in a pan, press in garlic. Toast the baguette slices in garlic oil until golden brown on both sides and place on a plate.

3.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, cook the lamb medallions on each side about 2 minutes over medium heat. Place a slice of tomato on each bread slice and arrange the pieces of meat on top.
