- 2 Baguette (cut diagonally into slices)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (cut in half)
- 18 ozs cherry Tomatoes (skinned)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ warm Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted, roughly chopped)
- 20 Anchovy fillet

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Rub the baguette slices with the cut garlic cloves and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool.
3.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over the top.
4.
Place a few lettuce leaves on the baguette slices, followed by the tomatoes, olives and anchovy fillets.
