- 2 Tbsps slivered almonds
- 3 Kiwi
- 2 Tbsps Almond syrup
- 250 grams Quark
- 2 Tbsps sugar (40 grams)
- 75 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 tsps chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until fragrant, then allow to cool.
2.
Peel the kiwis and cut into quarters lengthwise. Cut into slices, mix with almond syrup and half the almonds. Divide between 4 tall glasses or mugs.
3.
Mix the quark with the sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark.
4.
Fill a piping bag with a star tip with the cream mixture and pipe over the kiwis. Garnish with remaining sliced almonds and chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
