- 2 ozs Cape gooseberries
- 6 ozs Strawberries
- 2 Plum
- 2 ozs Raspberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry syrup
- 2 Tbsps Plum brandy
- 2 Tbsps Soda water (to taste)
- also
- 3 ½ ozs Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps lowfat Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 pkg whipped cream stabilizer
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 tsps toasted slivered almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fruit, pat dry, loosen the gooseberries from the sleeves and cut in half. Trim the strawberries and cut into quarters. Halve, core and dice the plums. Mix together fruits, and combine with vanilla, fruit brandy and raspberry syrup.

Spread among 4 glasses and pour some soda water into each.

Whip the cream with vanilla and stabilizer until very stiff, fold in the yogurt and spread over the fruit. Serve sprinkled with sliced almonds.
