- 300 grams Soba Noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
- 2 Bell pepper (yellow and red)
- salt
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the pepper pieces about 8 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes and saute briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and season with soy sauce.

Cook the soba noodles according to package directions and drain. Toss with the pepper mixture, season with salt and serve immediately.
