- 8 mini Pizza Bread
- 4 Tbsps tomato puree
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 2 cups Feta (cubed)
- 1 ½ cups pitted black olives (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- fresh oregano (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 220ºC (200º fan) 425ºF, gas 7.
2.
Spread the pizza bases with the tomato puree and scatter over a little dried oregano.
3.
Scatter over the feta and olives and drizzle with a little olive oil.
4.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the pizza bases are golden brown.
5.
Serve garnished with the oregano leaves.
