- ⅔ cup plain Yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsps Ginger paste
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 skinless chicken (drumsticks; legs, etc.)
- 2 Tbsps Oil

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the yoghurt, garlic, spices and salt in a large shallow dish.
2.
Score the chicken pieces with a sharp knife and put into the yoghurt mixture, turning to coat. Cover and leave to stand for 1 hour, turning from time to time.
3.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
4.
Put the chicken pieces on the baking tray and drizzle over the oil. Cook for 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and there are no pink juices when the chicken is pierced with a knife.
