Preparation steps

Rinse lemon in hot water and cut into slices. Peel ginger and cut into thin slices. Rinse mint and put some leaves aside for garnish. Mix lemon slices, ginger and mint with black tea in a pot and add one liter (approximately 34 ounces) of boiling water. Add frozen apple juice concentrate and stir. Remove teabags after two minutes and chill tea for at least two hours. Pour through a sieve and add ice cubes.

Pour iced tea into glasses and garnish with remaining mint and strawberries.
