- 5 dried Hibiscus flower
- 1 sprig mint
- ½ bunch Lemon balm
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 200 grams sugar (or about 150 ml of sugar cane juice)
- 2 packets Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Place the hibiscus in a bowl with the mint and lemon juice. Pour 1.5 liters (approximately 1 1/2 quarts) over it. Cover and infuse for 20 minutes.

Pass through a fine strainer. Add the lemon juice and sugar (or sugar cane juice) and vanilla sugar. Chill, and serve cold.
