- 4 Tbsps black Tea
- 1 organic lemon
- Raw cane sugar (to taste)
- 9 ozs Raspberries
- 4 small mint

Preparation steps

Bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Remove from the heat, and add the tea, Let the tea steep for 3 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer.
Rinse the lemon, and remove the zest with a vegetable peeler. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Add the lemon zest and the juice to the tea. Cool completely, sweeten to taste, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Rinse the raspberries and the mint sprigs. Divide both into 4 glasses, top with ice cubes, and fill with the tea.
