- For 1 liter
- 3 tsps Darjeeling tea
- 1 bowl Ice cubes
- 4 centiliters Cachaça (or rum)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 250 milliliters mineral water
- Ice cubes (for the glasses)
- mint (to garnish)
- 1 lemon

Preparation steps

Cover the tea with 1/2 liter (approximately 1/2 quart) of boiling water, and let steep for 3 minutes. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes, then strain the tea into it. Add the lemon juice and rum, then fill with mineral water. Rinse the lemon, and cut several slices from it.

Fill a few glasses with ice cubes, and top with the cold tea. Granish with mint and lemon slices, and serve.
