The red infusion from the hibiscus tea has blood pressure lowering properties and is therefore a real insider tip especially for people with hypertension. On hot summer days, sage can help to reduce heavy sweating. In addition, the herb with its essential oils promotes digestion.

If you like, you can see the hibiscus iced tea as a basic recipe and reinvent it again and again: for example, with a different type of tea, a different type of herb or lemon juice instead of lime juice.
