4 whole Sea bream (gutted and cleaned)
1 cup cilantro
4 cloves garlic cloves
2 tsps paprika
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp Cumin
¼ cup olive oil

1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

1.
In a food processor, combine the coriander, garlic, paprika, ginger, cumin seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Pulse until smooth.

Marinade the fish in this mixture for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
4.
Transfer the fish to a lined baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
5.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and sprigs of coriander.
