2 Tbsps chopped Dill
1 Tbsp chopped oregano
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain the peas.

Peel and dice the potatoes. 

3.

Rinse the scallions and slice thinly. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the potatoes until golden brown. Add the peas and crushed tomatoes, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in the chopped herbs, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve.
