- For the cod
- 2 green chili peppers (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 fresh lemon (zested)
- lemons (juiced)
- 2 Tbsps Dill
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

- Dill (for garnishing)
- For the avocado salad
- 1 Fennel bulb (sliced into rings)
- 1 bunch Watercress (rinsed and chopped)
- 1 Avocado (cubed)
- 6 Basil
- 50 grams Lettuce
- 25 grams Pumpkin seed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
For the cod: Combine all ingredients, except fish, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and puree in a blender. Coat fish fillet with oil and top with herb marinade. Let rest for 1 hour. Place fish into an ovenproof dish and bake fish in preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 475°F) on middle rack for 6-10 minutes, watching carefully. Garnish with dill.

For the avocado salad: Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil, mix well. Combine all salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing. Serve fish accompanied by salad.
