- For the stuffed avocado
- 300 grams Cod (cooked)
- 100 grams Manioc flour
- 2 Avocados
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- To serve
- Lettuce
- Bell pepper (2 tablespoons red and yellow)
- black Olives (pitted)
Preparation steps

For the stuffed avocados, cut the cod fillet into cubes and finely shred with an electric cutter.
Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, detach the pulp and mash finely with a fork.
Mix the avocado and cod with the flour and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves.

To serve, cut the lettuce into strips, transfer to plates and place the avocados on top.
Shower with diced bell peppers and garnish as desired.
Suggestion; serve with strips of bell pepper and olives.
