Stuffed Avocado with Cod
For the stuffed avocados, cut the cod fillet into cubes and finely shred with an electric cutter.
Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, detach the pulp and mash finely with a fork.
Mix the avocado and cod with the flour and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves.
To serve, cut the lettuce into strips, transfer to plates and place the avocados on top.
Shower with diced bell peppers and garnish as desired.
Suggestion; serve with strips of bell pepper and olives.
