- 4 Chicken thigh
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 6 garlic cloves
- 125 grams green herb-infused oil (stuffed)
- 125 grams black herb-infused oil (stuffed)
- 350 milliliters Chicken broth (instant powdered)
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 bunches scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken legs until completely brown; then place in a roasting pan and pour in wine.

Peel potatoes and cut into wedges. Peel garlic. Scatter potatoes, garlic and olives around chicken legs and season with salt and pepper. Add broth and bay leaves and bake 30-45 minutes.
4.
Meanwhile, cut scallions into 3 cm (about 1 inch) long pieces and add to pan during the last 5 minutes of baking time.
