1 fresh Salmon (with skin, ready prepared)
2 lemons
½ inch fresh ginger
1 clove garlic cloves
1 small onion
½ bunch fresh parsley
½ bunch fresh Basil
0.333 bunch fresh Dill
1 tsp Sea salt
freshly ground Black pepper
¼ cup olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Rinse the salmon in cold water, pat dry and lightly salt. Rinse the lemons in hot water and pat dry. Use a lemon zester to peel off the lemon zest. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Remove the stalks from the leaves and finely chop. Peel the ginger and finely chop. Peel the onion and the garlic and finely chop. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Mix the lemon juce with the olive oil, herbs, onion, garlic, lemon zest and ginger. Season with pepper.

Place the salmon in an oiled baking dish and cover with the lemon and herb mixture. Season with salt. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until cooked. Serve immediately.
