2 fresh garlic cloves
120 milliliters olive oil
80 grams fresh Fresh herbs (such as Basil, chervil and parsley)
2 Anchovy fillet
1 organic lemon
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towels, and let cool.

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Drain the anchovies, and pat dry. Finely grate the zest from the lemon, and squeeze the juice. Puree the lemon zest with the garlic, herbs, anchovies, and the remaining oil. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and serve.
