Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop the chilies. Rinse the rosemary and thyme, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. 

2.

Finely chop both of the herbs. Mix the herbs, chili, lemon zest, garlic, and the salt. Place in a sealable jar and seal tightly.
