- 10 Lasagne noodle
- For the herb stuffing
- 80 grams Purslane
- 4 sprigs Basil
- 1 sprig thyme
- Nasturtium leaf
- For the vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsps Mustard (medium hot)
- 3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps water

Preparation steps
1.
For the herb stuffing, rinse the herbs and shake dry. Coarsely chop the herbs and mix with the purslane.
2.
Cook the lasagne sheets in salted, boiling water according to the package directions. Drain in cold water. Cut the sheets in half and put side-by-side on plastic wrap to cool. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
For the vinaigrette, chop the onion finely and mix with the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette and season.
3.
Pile the lasagne sheets onto four prepared dishes. Layer the sheets with some herb stuffing and vinaigrette between each layer. Garnish with more of the stuffing and one nasturtium bloom.
