200 milliliters milk

75 grams butter
375 grams Pastry flour

1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried thyme
30 grams Emmentaler cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the milk. Dissolve the yeast and sugar with half the milk. Mix until smooth and allow to stand for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Melt the butter. Place the flour in a large bowl. Mix the butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, eggs, and the remaining milk with the flour. Add in the yeast and knead into a smooth dough with a mixer. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Knead the dough briefly and fold in the herbs and cheese. Transfer the dough into a bundt cake pan and let rise for about 10-15 minutes. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn out of the pan. Serve while warm or once cooled.
