- 4 cups white Bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ oz Yeast
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme

Preparation steps
1.
Put the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.

Cream the yeast with a little of the water, then mix in the remaining water.
3.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix to a firm dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surfae and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Put into a lightly oiled bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide into 8 pieces. Roll into 13-15cm|5"-6" rounds and place on a floured baking tray. Cover with lightly oiled cling film and leave in a warm place to rise for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.

Brush the breads with the oil and sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and thyme. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
