- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Yeast
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams Roquefort cheese
- 50 grams Gouda
- 50 grams Goat cheese
- 70 grams raisins

Preparation steps
1.
Soak raisins in lukewarm water.
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
2.
Combine flour, yeast and eggs in a bowl. Dice or crumble cheese. Fold cheese and creme fraiche into flour mixture. Drain raisins and fold into dough. Pour dough into a greased loaf pan.
3.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Remove, slice and serve.
