100 grams Prune
4 fresh bay leaves
1 tsp Juniper berries
1 tsp dried marjoram

150 milliliters Beef broth

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) upper and lower heat.

Cut slices in the sausages without cutting completely in half. Peel the onions, halve and cut into strips. Rinse the apples, quarter and core, and cut the quarters into slices. Place the sausages, onions and apples in a bowl. Mix well with the prunes, bay leaves, juniper berries and marjoram. Season with pepper and place in an oiled baking dish. Pour in the broth bake about 25 minutes. Turn occasionally and season with lemon juice before serving.
