150 grams floury potatoes
2 stalks Celery
2 Tbsps butter
200 grams Peas
800 milliliters Vegetable broth

80 grams Chorizo

Preparation steps

Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely. Peel and rinse potatoes and celery, chop. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan and saute all vegetables for a few minutes. Add peas and broth. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes on low heat. Puree soup and strain through a sieve, if desired. Simmer down or add more broth to reach desired consistency.

Season with salt, pepper and red pepper, pour into bowls. Cut sausage into thin slices and add to soup. Garnish with chives and serve.
