- 1 ½ cups dried White bean
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Kabanos (peeled and sliced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 ½ cups canned Tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups vegetable stock
- 2 sprigs thyme (chopped)
- 2 sprigs oregano (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash the beans under running water and soften overnight in cold water.
2.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the meat on a high heat. Add the onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Drain the beans and add them to the pot along with the tomatoes and the stock.
3.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir in the herbs and simmer on a medium heat for 40-45 min.
4.
Season to taste, pour into preheated bowls and serve with fresh country bread.
