6 ½ cups Organic carrots (cut into small chunks)
2 cups hot water
8 large Oranges

Preparation steps

1.
Place the carrot chunks in a food blender with the hot water.
2.
Blend until they are smooth.
3.
Allow the mixture to stand for 20 minutes then strain the mixture through a sieve into a large jug.
4.
Meanwhile juice the 8 oranges.
5.
When cooled mix the carrot juice in a large jug with the orange juice and mix in some ice cubes.
6.
Allow to chill for a few minutes then serve with a continental breakfast.
