1 Cucumber (sliced)
2 ⅔ cups Melon (e. g. honeydew melon, cut into pieces)
2 stalks mint (leaves plucked)
1 Lime (juice)
2 tsps brown sugar
1 handful Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Blend the cucumber and melon to a fine purée with around 100 ml cold water.
2.
Push through a sieve and blend again with the mint leaves, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes.
3.
Pour into glasses, adding extra cold water if necessary, and serve.
