- 1 day-old White roll
- 3 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 800 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs (as needed)
- salt

- 60 grams Bacon
- 6 slices Pineapple (canned)
- 6 slices Cheese (such as Cheddar)
- 6 Tbsps lingonberry (or cranberries)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Soak the bread in cold water. Peel the onions and garlic and dice. Squeeze the excess water from the bread and mix with the ground meat, onions, garlic, eggs, mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Line a 20 x 30 cm (approximately 8 x 12 inches) baking pan with parchment paper. Add the meat mixture and press flat. Sprinkle with bacon and bake for about 25 minutes. Arrange the pineapple slices and cheese over top and bake for 20 minutes.

To serve, fill each pineapple slice with 1 tablespoon lingonberries. Serve cut into pieces.
