4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp Whipped cream
½ tsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground white peppers
1 tsp finely chopped Dill
200 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
1 bunch Cress
4 tsps Trout roe
4 tsps black Caviar (from lumpfish)
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse with cold water, peel, cut in half lengthwise and let cool.

2.

Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and the lemon juice until smooth, season with salt and pepper and stir in the finely chopped dill.

3.

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Trim the watercress.

4.

Dollop some of the cream mixture onto the egg halves and spread the caviar on top. Garnish the eggs with dill. Serve the eggs with the salmon and watercress on a plate.
