Hard-boiled Eggs Four Ways

Preparation steps
Hard-boil eggs and rinse with cold water. Dry eggs and cut off tops.
Spoon yolks from 2 eggs, mix with 2 teaspoons mustard and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar into the 2 eggs, spoon yolk mixture into the 2 eggs and garnish with paprika and garden cress.
Carefully spoon yolks and whites from 2 eggs and chop. Mix chopped egg, 2 teaspoons mayonnaise and some garden cress and season liberally with paprika, salt and pepper. Spoon egg mixture back into shells and garnish with shrimp to taste.
Carefully spoon yolks and whites from 2 eggs and chop. Chop 1/2 to 1 slice of smoked salmon to taste. Mix egg, salmon, 2 teaspoons mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spoon egg mixture back into shells and garnish with salmon and garden cress.
Carefully spoon yolks and whites from remaining 2 eggs and chop. Mix egg, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salmon caviar and garden cress and season with salt and pepper. Spoon egg mixture back into shells, top with salmon caviar and garnish with watercress. Place filled eggs in egg cups to serve.
