- 4 White rolls
- 400 grams Ground beef (lean)
- 4 large Lettuce (rinsed and spin-dried)
- 8 Tomatoes
- 8 Bacon
- 1 large onion (sliced into rings)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsps scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the ground beef with the chopped chives, salt and pepper. Form 4 patties and wrap each with two slices of bacon crosswise. Cook in hot oil until browned, turning once, about 5-6 minutes.

In a second pan, saute the onion rings in hot butter until golden brown.

Slice the bun, and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon ketchup on the bottom. Stack the lettuce and sliced tomato on the buns, then a burger and fried onions. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
