100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) Mayonnaise
100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps Ketchup
noble sweet ground paprika
1 splash lemon juice
salt
peppers (from the mill)
2 handfuls mixed Lettuce (z. B. endive, radicchio, lettuce)
1 Beefsteak tomato
1 red onion
600 grams (approximately 21 1/2 ounces) Ground beef
1 Tbsp sharp Mustard
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
4 sesame Hamburger bun

Preparation steps

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, ketchup, a little paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Season the sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.

Wash the lettuce, spin dry and pluck small leaves. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Peel the red onion and cut into thin rings.

Preheat the to medium and lightly oil the grates. Mix the meat with the mustard in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and add to the bowl with the meat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into 4 patties and grill to desired degree of doneness. Halve the buns and toast briefly on the grill.

Spread some sauce on the bottoms  of the buns. Top with lettuce, burger, tomato and onion rings. Top with remaining halves of buns and serve.
