- 1 kilogram small, waxy potatoes
- salt
- 40 grams mixed, fresh Fresh herbs (such as sage, thyme and rosemary)
- 100 grams ham (in thin slices, such as Parma ham)
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel potatoes and cook until tender in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck leaves. Wrap together with one slice of ham around each potato and place in an ovenproof dish. Season with pepper and drizzle with oil. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
