- 1 Turkish Flatbread
- 3 scoops Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 150 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch Arugula
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the bread in half. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices and place half of them on the bottom half of the bread. Season with salt and pepper and distribute the prosciutto over the top.
2.
Rinse the arugula, shake dry, chop coarsely and place on the ham.
Finally, lay the remaining mozzarella slices on the arugula, season with salt and pepper and place remaining bread on the top.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) for about 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
Cut into pieces before serving.
