Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce leaves and drain. Cut off top of loaf of bread, and loosen inside crust of bread with edge of a knife.

2.

Carefully pull out bread in one piece with a spoon. Slice removed bread into thin slices. Spread slices with cream cheese, layer with ham and lettuce and return sandwich stack on its side into empty bread crust. Serve.
