- 1 Provolone cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 small dried chili pepper (grated)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the cheese into 1 cm (about 1/2 inch) thick slices.
2.
Mix the olive oil, chili, and oregano and brush the slices of cheese.
3.
Wrap the cheese slices in aluminum foil. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes, making sure grill does not get too hot.
