- 1 Ciabatta (sliced in half and lightly toasted)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (cut in half)
- extra virgin olive oil
- lemon juice
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 1 handful Arugula
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rub each garlic clove half over the inside of each piece of ciabatta.

Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Add the ham and rocket and season to taste with salt and pepper.
