400 grams pizza dough mix (refrigerated)
2 garlic cloves
400 grams Diced tomatoes (canned)
2 tsps mixed, dried Fresh herbs
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt

250 grams button Mushroom
250 grams Mozzarella
100 grams cooked ham (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Peel and crush the garlic. Mix the garlic, canned tomatoes, herbs and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base and top with mushrooms and cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 475°F) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, remove the layer of fat from the ham and tear the slices into slightly smaller pieces. Distribute the ham over the pizza after baking.

Serve the pizza cut into slices.
