1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 handful Arugula
60 grams Parmesan
250 grams wafer thin ham (such as Parma)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Roll out puff pastry and cut into half lengthwise.
