- 1 roll Puff pastry dough (about 300 grams)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 handful Arugula
- 60 grams Parmesan
- 250 grams wafer thin ham (such as Parma)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Roll out puff pastry and cut into half lengthwise. Whisk egg yolk with cream, brush pastry with the mixture. Cut into 3-4 cm (approximately 1-1 1/2 inch) wide strips and place on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet.
